Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Helm, a personal planning app operated by Memriq Holdings, Inc. ("Memriq", "we"). By using Helm you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information.
What Helm is
Helm keeps your boards and to-dos, writes you a daily brief, and has an agent you can give a to-do to. The brief and the agent's suggestions are a starting point for your own judgment, not advice: check anything you rely on.
Who can use it
Helm is in an invitation-only early access period. You need a Memriq account and an invitation that has been accepted for Helm. Each account is for one person.
Your account
Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hi@memriq.ai if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Helm's agent
The agent works on a to-do only when you give it one. It shows you its plan and who will do each part before anything runs, and it does a part only when you approve it, or, if you have told it it need not ask, only within what your settings allow. Under Settings › Agent you choose whether it may plan and whether it may act, and the most it may spend on one job; both start switched off, and the spending limit starts at nothing. Choosing between options, approving and paying stay yours. Check what the agent gives back before you use it.
Sharing and calendars
You can share a board with other people or invite someone to it; they see that board until you stop sharing it. Share only what you have the right to share, and only with people you mean to. If you connect a Google calendar, Helm reads and writes the calendars you attach, through Google and under Google's terms; you can disconnect it at any time.
Early access
Helm is new. Features may change, pause or be removed, and it may be unavailable at times. It is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or that the brief or the agent will always be right.
Price
Helm has a Free plan and a Plus plan. What each includes, its monthly allowance, and the price of Plus are shown in Helm before you pay. Plus is a monthly subscription, paid through Stripe by Memriq's billing service; your card details go to Stripe, never to Helm. It renews each month until you cancel. If you cancel, Plus stays until the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again. You are never charged for anything you did not choose. Questions about a charge: hi@memriq.ai.
Fair use
Use Helm as our Acceptable use page describes: not to access another person's account or data, not to break the law, not to interfere with the service, and not to copy or resell it. We may suspend an account that does.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Memriq is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using Helm's brief or its agent's work. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility the law does not let us limit.
Ending
You can stop using Helm at any time, cancel Plus as described above, and close your account from Settings › Accounts, which deletes your Helm data as the Privacy Policy describes. We may end early access, or your access, with notice where we can give it.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date before it takes effect. Questions: hi@memriq.ai. Privacy: privacy@memriq.ai.
